Client Privacy Notice

This notice explains how STECHNOLOGIES LTD ("Stratael") processes personal data about representatives of our clients — private equity firms, growth investors, family offices, portfolio companies and their teams.

1. What we process

• Contact and role information for client representatives.
• Engagement information relating to mandates and communications.
• Information necessary to deliver and administer our engagements.

2. Lawful basis

We process client-representative data to take steps prior to and perform our engagement (contract), and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our service. Marketing communications are sent only with consent.

3. Confidentiality

Mandate information is treated as confidential and processed with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

4. Retention

We retain client data for the duration of the relationship and for the period required to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
